COMAC is no Huawei. It is a dead in the wool stateowned enterprise !

The very reason the communist party create Huawei was because having seen how stateowned enterprise electronics and communications were losing money and getting nowhere.

The stateonwed enteprises of communications as well as aviation failed miserably.

As a result, the communist party created Huawei and ZTE.

ZTE is still dominated by the stateowned mindset and continue to lose money. and will go nowhere

COMAC will fail. It will be eating government money forever

Yep family biz sold a Chow Fun... Macaroni and hamburger spiced a la Chinese :))

I am just saying that there are some tastes that were downplayed for Western palates .. Not in my house :)

Then again I cook a lot of Mediterranean also.. Legacy of my ex... :))

I love steamed stuffed mushrooms (Chinese/ Japanese Shitake.. whatever you wanna call them :))

I am getting hungry :))

All i all yes.. some fusion works... some is just a watering down of original tastes ...

Was thinking about that.. A quickie Fusion dish is beef and tomato.. But we served it with rice..

Ironically many .. Myself included use catsup.. along with fresh never canned tomatoes.. It is a tart sweet dish.. The beef would be sirloin typically very thinly sliced
