Well, yes and no. If this judgement includes the amount Fonar would have obtained on service contracts as well, then yes. If not, then there are profits lost.

You are correct PROFITS ARE PROFITS. That's exactly what I have been saying right from the beginning either Fonar makes them the OLD FASHIONED WAY or we'll take it the NEW FASHIONED WAY.
