I know, that's what I was thinking after watching your video. They are connected via a USB 3.0 SATA III Hard Drive Adapter Cable. Well...I just looked behind the computer where I have the drives sitting and stupidly I didn't have them in the usb 3 slot. Now they are getting 250 on average. I should have known better!

Edited: I transfered from the external ssd to my internal ssd and it is upwards of 800mib/s but between the two as externals it's 250.
