Doug,

Well, the one thing this short on ASHW proved is that I have the wrong temperament for shorting. I'll stick to picking them up after they drop back from their IL. Friday on RADAF was a lot more fun.

So, I short ASHW, announce it to you and the SI world like I've got this IL thing down pat or something, and go off to yoga class. Then, the whole time at yoga, my teacher is talking equanimity and balance and I'm thinking: ASHW, die pig, die.

I walked out early, called my broker from the lobby, and closed my short at 13 «.

That was it, 3/4 point for the day.
Does that count as a single? Off of a bunt, I guess.

So now, ASHW can sprint to 15, gap over 20, blow onto Father Al's GAT list, and I can wish all the ASHW longs a profitable future. And, I can wonder what the hell I was doing shorting a stock on the day NASDAQ goes up 27 points.

That's it for me, and shorting.

Did THQI look a little weak to you today?
