I have yet to see a product announcement for a shippinfg CPU that will support that 100 mhz host bus. I'm sure someone will sell a few "cross your fingers" systems but no volume until a full spec CPU is available. You can be sure Intel won't support Socket7 at 100mhz and you can also be sure that when Intel announces a 100mhz chipset there will be a 100mhz frontside bus processor available to take advantage of it.
