In my opinion, it means they bring in lots of cash. In what way would you prefer to see them "optimizing" their assets?

I don't understand your comment, either. The co. spends quite a bit of its cash from operations in R&D. They also have made notable acquisitions and have had stock buybacks. What are they doing so wrong in your book?
