It had never occurred to me that barring content produced by streaming services could be an antitrust violation, but that's great!

It's time the stuffy Academy recognizes they're stuck in the 1990's and it's time to get with the program, so to speak.

That seems a real stretch to me. The Oscars aren't the market, there just a bunch of awards. If the government actually went after them I think they could win in court.
