I agree.. And I always try to be careful wording my posts.. I prefer we were not concentrated in cities... There is an ulterior motive governments have.. Cities are in fact though heat sinks.. Which has naught to do with CO2

Wrt IC engines it is all the other crap that exits the pipe that concerns me.. Even moving to NG fuel (infrastructure largely in place in Toronto as it is predominant heating fuel akready.).would be a nice improvement
