Bill,

I have been following both G* and Iridium. I like them both, but I find G* very expensive compared to Iridium. Having been in the market longer and not launched any satelites, why is this stock so strong? Surely, price alone can't be the reason.

Habib.

True enough Bill. It's so easy to get things back to front and see things from one's own perspective instead of the customer's. The defect you pointed out in my reasoning is exactly the defect much of business suffers - forgetting the causal chain of events which leads to good results. Getting your own ego, benefits, profits and perspective in the way of reality. Silly me!

Maurice

The problem with that scenerio is that it is not a question of price to increase customers....I thought it was a question of capacity to handle customers....My research says for the near term...5 years out there simply is more demand than supply....therefore you won't be stealing customers from someone else ....you'll be turning them back....once capacity is reached your price is less flexible .....ya still have to pay for the system...
