i was thinking and have 2 thoughts that made the cut:

- people should go to canada if they are looking for that form of free/cheap stuff, could probably go there illegally pretty easily based on photos I see from down south

- your idea about everyone getting a similar shot is sort of an implementation of eugenics, but in reverse and with the code decided on by halfwits
