Ok thanks for the correction maverick. I hadn't thought that through since it doesn't impact my situation. Good luck to all APU owners in this forced liquidation.

APU Distributions .................................................................................................................................................

I have held APU for years and even lapped the cost basis with distributions. I have always let my CPA do the taxes because with all the K-1 forms and various 1099s, etc. it was just easier to pay someone else figure it out. Anyway, just sold off my APU as I bought it for the income stream and a very good income stream it was too. Now may reallocate some to SPH and spread the rest into ET, USAC, CELP, NGL, NRZ and LMLP. Sorry to see APU go as they have been consistent over the last nearly 20 years but even made some additional capital appreciation on this in the last couple days.
