The seriousness of this action has never been addressed publically by the company, and it weakens their credibility. I understand that those close to the company are saying everything will happen as announced and I hope they are right. I once again will say that it makes less sense to me daily that it will occur. Too much money is involved,($10,000,000) for companies with their combined balance sheets and lack of current business. I hope I am wrong, but I expect the company will not successfully merge with rmcw under the current agreement.
