I think dear Diwan knows more about NNVC than anyone. And he's not going anywhere. I'm sticking with him!
Were you able to get shares of TheraCour (the reward recipients from the enterprise), through which Diwan is siphoning off all of the money to himself from NNVC shareholders (the risk bearers of the enterprise)? If not, I'm afraid you're not sticking with him, you're just enabling him.
