I agree. The Focus for NVLS and LRCX is 300mm. AMAT has won the 200mm race but 300mm is a new game. They will play if safe and use their cash and credit for 300mm. Applied has a cash advantage but it will be interesting to see if the smaller guys can move into 300mm faster. I personally don't think so, but other do.
