Why would Whittaker sell Xyplex for $35m then at some later date pay $17.5 million dollars for
500,000 shares of stock if they were "unloading Xyplex"
Xyplex's management has put together a worldwide sales force
and IMHO if MRVC thinks this is positive for the company, one can bet your last dollar that
MRVC has not spent a penny (yet)for anything
that hasn't furthered their profit potential.
During the secondary and at the shareholder's meeting there were references of possible
acquisitions.

If my memory serves me,Cisco had made overtures to Fibronics when
they were attracting alot of attention, then Fibronics narrowly focused on technology that would be needed in the future and their
sales dropped badly. I think I read the CEO of Fibronics said they made a serious mistake by not supplying the current needs of the networking community at the time. Look what an asset Fibronics has been for MRVC. If I am not correct Re: Fibronics, please, someone straighten me out on this.
