Agreed and yet if they cannot get their act together it will eventually damage the fundamentals as well. Credibility is becoming a big issue in my opinion and they better do something soon to get that back. I am surprised this one has not yet tanked today. I expected low 4's. Glad that hasn't happened, but surprised as well.

GO PACK GO!

Ed - OK, so there is a major disagreement among management. Whether Wilson was ousted by the Board or resigned in protest matters not. Very likely this disagreement has to do with where the company is headed. Are we a bingo company with a gaming sideline or a gaming company with a bingo sideline? Either way, I see a couple of very important questions:

1. Can BNGO continue to make money, regardless of which business they are in? I think the answer to this in clearly "YES". It is hard to tell which path leads to the greatest profit but I think they can make money either way.

2. Can management pull together as a team or will they be working at cross purposes with individuals attempting to promote their own agenda despite the stated goals of the company? That is a tough question to answer and is probably the key to whether or not BNGO shares will appreciate or decline over the long-term.

Like I said - a blowout Q4 and 1997 numbers is what it is going to take to get them off my sh*t list. We have been at 5 before, so I am not too scared of the current price. And the fact that it didn't tank worse today (I really thought it was going to be a blood bath) is a good thing.

I called Mike Fearnow's office this morning and got a few tidbits of info from a staffer - Mike is supposed to call me back today.
