Michael you can make that case although is a naive look at distribution of anything. If you don't let the HMO's in on it and they are 85% of all company insured people you don't have access to the market. So this thinking is not correct. The more significant question is beyond the cash which anyone can bring to the table what can they do for us in distributing the drug to the general population. That is the more important question and its worth money for us and them because it must be a win win win... HMO's rule then specialists and gp's... or whatever the pecking order dujour is... luis
