For context: The gang bangers in Chicago and LA are living off of government welfare....Only 51 percent of black adults reported having some form of work in Illinois Gangbanging is a form of work. FWIW. What does that mean? Criminals have income from their crime. In context, that is "some form of work." They are self-supporting. Besides, criminals live outside the sort of polite society that applies for government welfare. Just making the small point that gang-bangers and welfare queens are two different cohorts wrt government welfare and should not be lumped together. The former is self-supporting in "some form."
