That's what everyone calls the procedure. Including the politicians.

The legislation isn’t “pointless.” It is an outrage to many that a baby who is born alive would not be given due medical attention. You flippantly discard the interests of those who want to protect a living child.

Democrats, on this topic, are barbaric. No other way to put it.
