OSICOM TECHNOLOGIES INC (FIBR) - BUSINESS STRATEGY Osicom is currently in the midst of Phase II of their three-phase company plan. During the first phase, the Company concentrated on acquiring companies, technologies and the financing necessary to compete in the networking arena. This began with the acquisition of Meret Optical in 1993. Subsequent acquisitions include Cray Communications, Digital Products, Distributed Systems, and Rockwell Network Systems.
