Alexa:

This typically occurs to companies that experience a dramatic
share price drop. This news release will be reissued in reworded
form several times over the next few weeks to apply pressure
on the company being sued. Ignore it. It will not materially
affect current stockholders.

I just received a mailing about a pending out of court settlement of a class action law suit against former MediaVision for a large drop that occured in 1994. I lost almost $8000 because of that drop. Apparently I will be getting more than half of it back with this settlement, 10.5 a share (The money is already in escroe!) I hadn't expected anything so this goes to show that these lawsuits sometime do produce results :-)
