Blow out is right...After spending 425 million they still made tons and income is up and those that didn't buy during this last buying opportunity...doesn't look to me that we will be in this 75 range again. Hoping to get back to the 90 high.
Innovation is what they do best.

Hi Ibexx,

I'm delighted with Lucent's earnings but what a quiet thread! And I have to say thanks again, because I learned about LU from your positive postings. We should be back to the highs SOON. (But I'm not complaining; got in around 56 I think.)

LU seems to be one of Wall Street's darlings and I look forward to watching it grow in 1998.
