Well I don't think that having a strong moral view would also mean it trumps all else. FWIW I'm opposed to abortion, but favor leaving such choices to individuals. Its grey in that its a sliding scale for me, from conception to birth. I don't see it as being a constant moral value at all. We don't spend much money on making sure zygotes implant for example. The only money we spend on that is when its a fertility issue for someone. So it must be the case that pretty much everyone doesn't care too much, despite what they claim...
