That's so sad. I agree with you about the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get citizenship. I also know several people who are bogged down the process. Do you know why? Maybe it's a backlog---not enough personnel to process the applications. I've been told it's a minimum of ten years from the time one gets a green card. At least the people I know were finally able to get the kind of visa that allows them to travel back and forth to the old country. BTW your snarky comment about me relying on Breitbart for my opinions. I don't, of course. I subscribe to all the MSM and read the best of the left and the best of the right. Then I do my own research in order to verify who's closest to the truth.....no small task. As for Breitbart though, need I remind you that Breitbart was correct in calling the Russia story a hoax? The MSM was left with egg on its face.
