No, pretty much a failure as a real estate developer. He had a few successes because he was able to con even more people to gamble their money on him, but his failures outweigh his successes. Yeah, he did manage to turn himself into a celebrity a la the Kardashians. Or Paris Hilton. Heck, rumors are he even has a sex tape made in Moscow... His list of failures is quite long. His successes have been the result of being a good con man. Something you seem to admire. To each his own, I suppose.
