Yes, with tax rates between 50-70%. They are having to cap that off and they have managed to move to a balanced budget. So how do you think we're going to get to a balanced budget in this country? Also, I note that you continue to use caps, curse, and use ad hominem attacks. That does not help your case. It only makes you look like you have a low IQ.
