Yes Bonduelle is proud of what they have done over the years (with Enwave). Maybe Bonduelle did as much work as Enwave. inflavor.bonduelleamericas.com They have been working on this for the past 7-8 years. In November, 2012, Bonduelle signed an exclusive royalty-bearing licence with EnWave Corp. to produce dehydrofrozen vegetables using REV technology, granting Bonduelle global exclusivity for this product area. I don't know if Bonduelle still has global exclusivity.
