This goes back to concepts of government and charity, Terrence. Don't you think it might be a little chaotic if every action the United States took in other countries was an individual effort? I mean, just logistically speaking for starters. Some of our charitable works are for political gain, incidentally, or to stabilize other nations. Don't you think these might fall by the wayside? Would that be bad or good?
