Cheryl,

I spoke with Ira finally. He said, like he has to others, that they are hoping to release the financials and the details of the purchase by Feb. 1. He did not promise. He said it was up to the auditing company. It sounded like the IRS still had some say or final aproval. He said that the IRS was forcing a ownership change, and that if it didn't go through there would be 7000 people out of work and bad press for the IRS. I presume he was counting all the Myriad accounts as official employees and perhaps an additional 2400 that Mike Griffith, of Myriad, said were pending.

He confirmed the taping with Steve Fox of Myriad, but said that the show would not air until everything was audited and official. He did not expect this to happen by next week. He was hoping for the following week.

I guess they were taping the show instead of the conference call last Thursday.

He also said that the 10-K was not due to be filed until June 1, and it did not require audited numbers, but they were going to provide audited numbers.
