Overall operational cost has improved with Macri in office but also rocky at times. But it was his character and stature is where most of the positive impact on mining companies and investors came from. Cristina held a red flag. Macri held a yellow one, proceed with caution. The biggest problem is Argentina has always been a economic basket case. Thus investors need more insurance and safety net to feel more invincible. If the trade was copper prices at 3.75 for Cristina...I would take it.
