Actually if you take the time to research. The Real estate bubble of 08 was a result of Bill Clinton signing into law the Affordable housing act in 1996. Forcing banks under penalty forcing Banks to grant mortgages to buyers whom on examination of finances they knew could not meet the payment schedule.

I willingly admit George Bush was fully aware of the unstable forecast the program may create at the time. And that it was proceeding according to forecast. But did nothing to correct it. Letting the end result come to pass knowing Clinton had created it.

Much Guilt lies on both sides.
