Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Often high growth doesn't necessarily lead to higher quality of life. Look at the places with the longest life expectancy many in the Mediterranean and Japan.. Climate Change from the largest fast growing metro areas of Asia is often overlooked. Will be many disruptions none of us haven't even thought of to alter the expected outcome... For example I have no idea how the USA will look like in another 20 years. Most likely not looking to good for the biggest cities NY,LA, Chicago
