Do not have a date, but would hope they could release the data for the fourth quarter near mid-February. Third quarter (30 Sep)was released on November 13, 1997, so perhaps they can hold to around 45 days following the end of quarter (Dec 31). Perhaps someone else may have a date of actual release? If so, I'm sure they'll give it to us.

Darleen/Jim. SEC rules say 4th Quarter or year end results must be released by 90 days after year end. This gives time for the year end audit and so on. This would make the latest the end of March 1998. Thereafter quarterly results must be released with 45 days of quarter's end so 1st quarter results will be announced by May 15th.
