I think the SOX is telling us better times are ahead even for commodity plays in the sector. We have had a broad based rally since the bottom in December leading to new highs for the SOX. So even though the data we currently have does not yet support improving pricing in this sector these stocks have already begun to rise on future hopes. And they have a long way to go to get to the point of seeing new all time highs as the SOX is already doing. RtS
