Jobs wasn't technical. I am sure he didn't know what object oriented code meant. Raskin did. Wozniak was ;probably more comfortable with c. My understanding was Xerox got a chunk of Apple stock out of the deal. So it wasn't theft. Although Xerox probably sold the stock when Apple was tanking before Jobs got the boot.

Tim Patterson didn't know what hit him. How was he to know that Bill's mom was on the BOD of IBM? He did get a bit of revenge, though. Apparently he kept the right to use MSDOS in any computer he sold. I used to buy DOS 3.3 from his company for half of what Microsoft was charging. It dutifully came with an 8088 taped to the manual. I guess there was a court case that determined that met the standard for a 'computer'.
