That’s right. Military spending increased by 3 pct. so you can bash away over that. The real cause? Increased interest on the debt and increased spending on SS which required the repayment of more debt to fund SS. And yes, the deficit will continue us to grow pursuant to the Obama budget. Right up past a trillion dollars. Because of intransigence amongst Democrats. Blame yourselves.
