John,

I don't think there is anyone on this tread, except for Donnie, of course, that thinks Dell will appreciate another 200+% this year again.

I'm not sure I can believe yet that Dell will only go up 25% if your scenario plays out. The only thing we do know: its goin up. If Alice can't stop it, who can? As we get closer to February, it gets stronger. Unit sales going down? I'll have to read that for myself when the reports come out.

John:<<<<<
Does anyone want to prognosticate where Dell will be by the end of the year?>>>
Have already done that, $156/sh.(or more)
<<<Would a 25% increase in share price be enough to satisfy the raging bulls?>>
At one time in blue chips 25% was fabulous, but not any more.

My latest purchases: Dell nov 14 at 79, now 92
Dell dec 23 at 81, now 92
Bcom dec 15 at at 16.5, now 18.4
Fom dec 15 at at 64.5, now 71.3

This rate of @100% a year will not hold, but Dells @100%/yr will
hold.
I write this here to show that being a bull is not all that bad
even with a down market, and with bears making money hand over fist.
And no, I don't do this well all the time except for Dell(hehe), but I consider it very realistic to make 25% in a 3 mo. period
on selected stocks, and then move on to others.
Good luck.
