Sounds like you could use a Win95 utility package as well.

CD-RW isn't that speedy itself, removable drives are rather expensive too. Tape is the cheap one.

Well cd worms would work.. But you wont back it up that often, tape drives are a tad slow but if you get on on them TR4's ($350 for ide or scsi by hp or seagate) which uses 4 gig tapes uncompressed ($30 each) its actually worth it in the long run since you will back up the entire system.. Backsup as fast as copying it to another hd and you can do it when you go to sleep. All the other stuffs too expensive or not just enough storage even if you can use em for other things. I used to backit to cd's but now I have all these cd's lying around, some have a few files I can use but mostly useless.. Now pirating I mean backing up your music cd well...
I woudnt get a ditto and stuff, too slow..
