Lesson of the Day . . for those not option Gurus: I thought I would explain what I did with my WBA options purchase. FOXA I just bought the Call option and profit continuously as it rises. With WBA, I do not think it will rise for too long or too high . . maybe not filling the gap. SO .. I am just looking for a quick 30% and then get out .. whereas with FOXA, I see the potential for more, so I am still Holding it at my 40% profit so far. Here's the way I structured the WBA purchase . . I bought a Bull Call Spread. I bought the 52.5 Call and sold the 55.0 Call options . . for $165. I have limited my profit to the difference between the spread strike-prices = $250. So, without commissions, I can only make $85 . . which is a 51% profit .. much more than 30% after commissions. For a small account, you have to be happy to do things like this. Starting with hundred$ and making ten$ at a time will eventually lead to thousand$ making hundred$ at a time . . . and you all know what THAT leads to! Good Luck to All !!!! Have a great!
