Dear Pugs I have been asking these questions for months with no answer. I will guess that there is some back office negotiation going on. Why have we not been asked to authorize more shares? I would think that they found the debt holders doing something less than legal and can now wait until the stock rebounds. Long term financing will not happen until they show a few good (profiable) qtrs. Watching the cash is at the heart of this operation now. GO EXSO daddy needs a new pair of shoes(:;-)) Regards Dave u

Hi Pugs, I see you are here as well. That calls for a special visit on my part. You are comming and warning these people now? when the stock is at about 1/8 or so? Where were you last January when this stock was at 2? That is when the warning signals should have been flashed (which I indeed did, as I have in September in the case of OVIS (now RMIL) when it was roaring well above 2). It is kind of closing the door after the horses left the barn. Enjoy the company, some pretty good people are posting here. Zeev
