was wondering when you were gonna come back from the beach....

there's some effort in place for some customer(s) going forward to provide a finished product...i.e. completed assembly wires/head rather than the customer performing this activity..... it's a mixed interest item....i.e. not everyone wants it.... if at all, this will happen in 1999.

i agree they were somewhat tentative....as someone else posted on here... however.... they appear quite firm in their conviction that drive growth will resume on the level to which the industry has been accustomed in the past... second...they will NOT be in negative territory at any time in terms of earnings.... third....technologically they are extremely well positioned on a world wide basis....

given all that is true.... one might assume little reduction in share value going forward, there should be no discounting of their franchise over all, their balance sheet is in great condition, and for a six to twelve month time period.... an investment now still has sense. It was interesting to hear as well, that sg & a expense was reduced primarily due to bonus cuts.

certainly it could be debated what their intrinsic value is.... and of course, it goes with out saying that I believe it's higher than their current share price....
