Jack my freind, no thanks to joining the Quakers. I realize that Jesus had to be baptised into the human race. become one with the people, so to speak, before we could be baptised into Deity, he had to be baptised into humanity. And He said, "This do in remembrance of me." "For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show forth the Lord's death til He come." God would have us remember this. I've been away from this thread for a while and just happened to pick your post to start reading the thread. Forgive me if I'm off-topic or if my question has recently been addressed/discussed. My grand daughter is 2+ years old. She has never been baptized. My wife and I have two different opinions on this. One of us says that she's too young to have sin, she'll go to heaven if she dies as a child, etc. The other thinks that baptism is important and "he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved." Input from all with biblical references to back up your statements will be appreciated. Thanks, I2
