GJC, This has been discussed before on the thread. It is my understanding that this is not an issue and is being handled. I believe it was a disputed tax amount, that was being negotiated. No, I don't believe that they forfeited their corporate status.

I tried to call Ira to re-verify the status of the situation, but he was in a meeting. The company would like anyone with questions to please fax them their questions. The fax number is
