I don't have cccleaner on the PC I'm at now, so I can't give verified concrete detail. But I'm pretty sure its that you run "analyze" in cccleaner and then go to the results windows and deselect the particular cookies if you just don't want to delete them this time, and if you don't ever want them deleted, and don't want to have to keep selecting them, you can move them over to the ignore list. Actually I think its called the "keep" list. After that they will just stay there whether you run cccleaner manually (which is always the way I run it) or automatically.
