Pretty sure, yeah...but please, test it out yourself by walking into a bank and announcing the reason you're there is to rob it. Then, don't actually rob the bank, just wait a few minutes. When the cops arrive, tell them you didn't actually take any money, no robbery occurred, and they can't arrest you for just having the intent to rob the bank. Then come back and tell us how it went.

Actually, I have seen nothing the wanted to do as a crime. The has every right to fire all under him. In that the and no one working for him colluded in any way with the Russians, firing anyone for any reason had no criminal intent to obstruct Justice. The investigation was wasting money and time of many hard working American's working to make America greater. Without the waste and obstruction to American progress by demoscum liars and traitors (aka obominations minions) colluding with Putin's minions, how much more could have been accomplished. Even lower unemployment, More growth in the economy. Me thinks orange with fashionable stripes will be the new blue of the demoscum.
