Well, less than an hour for speculating. I don't see the SMTK merger.
It's my impression that we're into areas they are not, and we have stated an intention of getting out of calling cards.

It would seem to make more sense for DCTC to merge, or form joint ventures, with some big telecos to expand Cyberfax. Use their money and networks. Use our technology. Don't sell out entirely. Keep an interest in the system and, hence, keep a steady cash flow for years to come.

Also, particularly in Europe, I think the same thing would work. Merge with someone who already has telco networks but who can put our new switches AND Cyberfax to good use. George
