RVCJr, One can look at the glass as half empty and say, " Shucks, we are missing out on sales cuz we can't meet demand ", or one can look upon the glass as half full and say " Gee, ain't it great to sell all we can make at full margins ". You also have to realize that it can take awhile to get product on the shelf and the stores may have under ordered. Myself, I would rather have supply outstrip demand than visaversa.

Retailers would much rather have an empty hook with an item they know will turn, versus hooks full of items that do not turn. They will wait for more product. The reports of inventory levels at the retailers is music to my ears, because they (retailers) all have orders in or are being shipped product now. The stores that sold Radica Games in the fall want more and... are adding additional skus hoping for the same homerun. The buyers that missed the Radica Games opportunity and are sitting with a bunch of mark-down tiger stuff are answering to management. These people will have orders ready to go. We may see stockouts for while, or at least until we get Wal-mart shelves refilled and production increases. WOW what a problem to have. All IMHO..
David... do you go to market with Manufacturer rep agencys or use direct sales people? Do you have many small customers that order say 5,000 to 10,000 games per year, I'm thinking $50,000 to $150,000 per year in business? and are they limited to buying from the Warehouse (Reno)? I'd love to rep your line, nothin more fun than buyers beating your door down for product. TIA

Cordially,
I B.Long Radica
