OFF TOPIC: Richard, I am not aware of a feature on the NYSE site like you describe. However, I do have daily historical data (hi, low, open, close, vol) through about September, 1997 which I would be happy to provide as long as we aren't talking about LOTS of issues.

The best site, IMO, is investor.msn.com as they have the ability really tailor the exact time frame you're looking for and then download right into Excel.

PS - I use it all the time to calculate portfolio values of some of my clients, on any given day in time.
