Last night I had the good fortune to speak with Bill Stoddard for the second time. I would like to take the time to share share some of what I learned in this post.

Today's news is worth repeating simply because it points out to all of us shareholders that this company really is in transition and delivering on it's promises. The first officially announced pilot test in the food processing division! Obviously a pilot test is not the signing of a huge contract. Those days are still ahead of us, I'm afraid. But the mere fact that Murray's was willing to openly admit they are giving ozone decontamination a try validates the company's technology. Which brings me to the part of the conversation I had to Bill last night that I would like to address here in this post.

Market Opportunities In The Laundry Business:

Has anyone here got any idea how incredibly large the opportunities for this company really are?

Lets just limit the scope of this post for the most part to one of the two markets which most readily come to mind for OZON shareholders these days.

Would it surprise you to learn that the commercial laundry business is a $5 billion a year market? That would be the part of the business that includes hospitals, prisons and the hotel industry. How about if I told you that the laundering opportunity in the clothing industry is four times that large? That's right...$20 billion a year is spent doing things like giving our Levi's 501 jeans that washed out look and feel.

Did you know that later this year the EPA is expected to set down strict guidelines that will mandate that this industry clean up it's water discharge? The use of ozone can save the industry as much as 60 % on their current cost of doing laundry. Not only does it save money but using ozone will eliminate the need for futher wastewater purification. Why? The use of ozone in a laundry system eliminates the need for chlorine. That's right no bleach... which is the major wastewater discharge problem. A properly designed system could even recycle the water to be used again further reducing costs.

That's a $25 Billion a year industry lined up and ready to be saved from the EPA. The great thing is that the goverment could very well soon get behind the use of ozone in both the laundry and food processing industries. Cyclopss has a cold water washing patent and is currently working closely with the FSIS division of the USDA on proprietary designs for the food processing industry.

Which is merely a $430 billion a year industry.

The market is there folks and Cyclopss is learning how to do there marketing quite well. That's why they hired Mike Lakis to help open doors in the food processing industry. Well enough for one post.

Go OZON!

Regards, Jeff
