CMP consists of a two stage process, polishing and cleaning. As noted in a previous post, Lam does not yet have a product that does polishing. However, they are the dominant player in cleaning. If I recall correctly, the Ontrak cleaner is incorporated into the AMAT CMP equipment. Thus, I would actually characterize them as a major player in CMP.
